DELIVERATE COURIERS · DRIVE IT MEMBERSHIP
Clear terms.
A better working relationship.
Free Deliverate account
There is no monthly subscription for quoting and accepting Deliverate work. Your licence, identity and insurance documents must pass Nexus review before you can quote. Keep them current.
Customer booking and tracking choice
The customer pays a Deliverate booking fee equal to 15% of the courier charge, subject to a minimum booking fee of £15. It is separate from your agreed courier earnings and is not a deposit against your courier charge. If you do not have an active Drive It subscription, the customer can add tracking and full proof of delivery for £42 including VAT. You must use the app for that order and complete the required collection and delivery evidence. Access is restricted to that order and does not activate a subscription.
Drive It subscribers include tracking and photo evidence without the additional customer upgrade charge.
Optional Drive It subscription terms
Effective 17 September 2026 · Version 2026-09-18-first-50-shared-trial. Drive it membership is supplied by Nexus Delivery Team Limited. These terms cover the driver software and network membership.
1. Joining and your subscription
There is no separate joining fee. Membership costs £79 including VAT per month: £65.83 membership plus £13.17 VAT, £79 total. It renews monthly using the payment method you register when you explicitly upgrade. Review the amount and billing details in checkout before subscribing.
2. Full-access trials and the free plan
Eligible new customers approved by Nexus receive a full-access Drive It trial. Drive It launch offer: 90 days free for the first 50 eligible approved drivers, then 30 days free for eligible new drivers. Other Nexus products offer 30 days for eligible new customers. One introductory trial per customer across products. Existing subscribers do not receive another free trial when adding or switching products. The trial starts automatically on approval and includes your own booking records, route planning, tracking and full proof of delivery. Permanent test, complimentary and Nexus-assigned accounts keep their separate access arrangements. Longer trials already granted retain their confirmed end dates.
No payment method is required for the introductory trial and no paid subscription starts automatically. When the trial ends, the account moves to the free plan. Existing jobs, routes and delivery evidence remain available read-only for the driver’s records, while new own bookings, route changes and tracking require an explicit paid upgrade. Deliverate work remains subject to its separate eligibility and job terms. Network fees and Google Maps charges are separate and can apply during a trial.
3. What membership includes
Access to eligible driver-network work, your own order records, route planning, delivery progress tracking and proof of delivery for all orders you input into Drive it. Add collection and delivery details, update progress as you work and record recipient details, photographs and signatures against the delivery.
Tracking depends on the updates you record and, where you enable it, device location permissions and connectivity. You are responsible for recording accurate delivery evidence. Membership does not guarantee job volumes, earnings or allocation of any particular delivery.
4. Separate charges and transport payment
Posting your own job to the driver network is free. The posting driver pays a £42 including VAT digital job success fee when another driver accepts the fixed price or a quote is awarded. The allocation unlocks after the fee clears. The drivers agree transport payment directly; it is separate from the Nexus success fee.
You connect your own Google Maps account during onboarding. Google bills its usage separately. For Nexus or managed Deliverate work, review the offered driver payment, requirements and applicable booking terms before accepting. The customer’s booking price is not your driver payout.
5. Driver checks and delivery responsibilities
Keep a current driving licence, Hire & Reward/commercial motor insurance and Goods in Transit insurance on your account. Upload replacements before expiry. Missing or expired required documents can suspend operational access without automatically pausing subscription billing.
Accept only work you can complete safely with the appropriate vehicle and equipment. Meet the agreed collection and delivery commitments, keep progress current, report exceptions promptly and complete POD. Do not abandon accepted work if your membership changes; contact operations to arrange completion or reassignment.
6. Customer data
Only enter orders and customer information you are authorised to use. Use customer contact, location and delivery information for the agreed delivery. Keep your sign-in secure and do not share private customer details in public listings.
7. Cancellation, payment problems and support
To cancel a paid membership, contact Nexus support from your registered account and request Drive it subscription cancellation before your next billing date. Ask for confirmation of the effective date. Cancelling or failing to pay does not remove delivery commitments or fees already incurred. The free plan and retained read-only records remain available after paid access ends.
New-work access depends on your account, subscription, compliance and job eligibility. If access is restricted, contact support to resolve the cause and coordinate any outstanding deliveries.
Managed Deliverate deliveries
The managed service being prepared has additional collection, reporting and POD requirements. Three confirmed failures trigger a 30-day suspension, followed by revalidation, a Teams review and recorded reinstatement approval. Read the proposed managed delivery standards before taking this work when it becomes available.
